Аннотация
In this article the results of a study related to the development of project competence in future teachers are presented. Project competence means a set of knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities that ensure successful planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of projects in professional pedagogical activity. The relevance of the topic is due to the increasing role of project activity in the educational process, the need to train teachers who are able to effectively apply the project method in teaching and educating students. As part of the research, a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the topic was carried out, as well as an empirical method was used - a survey of students of a pedagogical university. This made it possible to reveal the level of formation of project competence among students, to determine the existing difficulties and needs in the development of this area of training. The results of the analysis showed that students experience difficulties at various stages of project activity, especially in terms of planning, setting goals and evaluating results. This indicates the need for a systematic and purposeful approach to the formation of project competence in the process of professional education. The article contains conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the content and methods of training future teachers. Special attention is paid to the implementation of project technologies in the educational process, the development of interdisciplinary interaction and students' skills of independent work and responsibility for the results of their activities.
